Top 5 things to do on Music Bank Weekend

Madrid is proving to be a prime destination for the hallyu wave and the upcoming Music Bank World Tour is just the tip of the iceberg.

On October 12, the KBS Music Bank World Tour is making a stop in Madrid to play the city’s largest ampitheater: Miguel Ríos Auditorium in Rivas Vaciamadrid. This is the first time Music Bank is making a stop in Spain and it is all thanks to Korean Power, partnered with Sonde3 and L.A. Rock Entertainment. It is expected to be a 3+ hour show featuring kpop idols from ENHYPEN, aespa, BOYNEXTDOOR, RIIZE, NMIXX, KISS OF LIFE, MAMAMOO+, and P1Harmony.

For this very reason, we handpicked 5 of the best places and activities where you can get into the hallyu spirit so you can really make a week out of it ;)

Hallyu Gon’ Shine Makeup Workshop

What better way to start off the celebrations than with some exclusive Korean skincare? If you’re based in Madrid, I suggest you immediately sign up for the Hallyu Gon’ Shine Makeup Workshop.

Brought to you by K-Visual Productions and Braye Cosmetics, you’ll be able to learn the basics in korean-style makeup and get special makeup and skincare goodies straight from South Korea!

This workshop is happening in Matik Studios on the 5th of October, and will have several sessions from 13:00 to 19:00. If you sign up now, you will be eligible to get an exclusive goodie bag from Braye Cosmetics, Ceramine.EU, and Korean Korner as well as a chance to win special discounts and prizes from Korean Korner and a color analysis session.

Music Bank Special Frames

Another top activity you can do to start off the full concert experience is passing by Matik Studios to try out the Music Bank Special Frames.

Take fun photos in one of Madird’s first self photo studios to immortalize your weekend and print them out in the cutest themed frames of your favorite group!

You can choose from 3 different photo packages (3-CUT STRIPS, 4-CUT, and 10 MINUTES) and print them out in the cutest frames of your favorite kpop group.

The hallyu experience won’t be complete without all the merchandise, and for all your kpop needs, it is best to head over to Impact Store. They offer other products too from video games, comics, and even funko pops.

Korean Convenience Store

To round up the whole experience, don’t forget to head over to Be K-ndy, a Korean convenience store just a few minutes’ walk from Impact Store.
